|Dr. William P. Magee, Jr. and Dr. Richard
S. Rosenblum are plastic surgeons who are dedicated to a common philosophy
of patient care - To treat patients, of all ages, no differently than they
would treat their own family members, with respect, dignity and the absolute
certainty that safe and early intervention allows individuals to achieve
self confidence and a life of dignity and self-esteem. Dr. Magee and Dr.
Rosenblum are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Realizing
